Associate Data Scientist

Associate Data Scientist | Hybrid | Full-Time

We're looking for an Associate Data Scientist to join a creative, innovative team building the data and intelligence tools that help companies shape culture. If you're passionate about applying machine learning and AI to real-world problems across diverse business domains — this one's for you.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of data science and creativity, tackling classification, regression, and clustering challenges spanning business intelligence, research, finance, and creative verticals. You'll collaborate closely with knowledge workers, creators, and subject matter experts of all backgrounds, bringing cutting-edge data solutions to problems that genuinely matter.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Building and deploying supervised and unsupervised ML models for regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality reduction
• Working with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face to develop and refine generative AI solutions
• Leveraging AWS cloud ML tools and services for model deployment and monitoring
• Collaborating with Data Scientists, BI Engineers, and Data Integration Specialists to optimize behavioral models and prepare data for analysis
• Owning projects end to end — defining problems, designing solutions, setting timelines, and delivering results
• Performing code reviews and troubleshooting existing ML pipelines to maintain high quality standards

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience with the data science stack: pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, NLTK, matplotlib, seaborn
• Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with AWS cloud ML services and version control tools
• SQL skills for efficient data extraction and transformation
• A self-starter, start-up mentality — you don't just complete tasks, you define and own them
• Critical thinking, curiosity, and a genuine problem-solving drive
• Portfolio or project work samples required for consideration
