Leading cross-functional squads across data science, engineering, strategy, product, and UX practices, you will guide sophisticated solutions from discovery through to implementation and support. Your initial focus will be driving innovation and efficiency within the Value Chain Platform in partnership with Primary Connect, with opportunities to expand across other wiq domains over time.

Facilitate rapid project delivery by organizing cross-functional squads around a unified strategy and adaptable execution plan.

  • Financial Oversight:

Support the Senior Delivery Manager with business cases, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and budget trade-offs.

  • Agile Governance:

Lead key agile ceremonies and planning rhythms, ranging from daily standups and retrospectives to Big Room and annual planning.

  • Team Leadership:

Maintain clear alignment by continuously updating delivery roadmaps and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and trade-offs.

What you’ll bring:

You bring 1–3 years of experience driving complex data, advanced analytics, or tech-enabled transformation initiatives, ideally within a large-scale retail or FMCG environment. Sound commercial acumen underpins your approach, backed by proven capability in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and building compelling business cases that secure buy-in and deliver measurable value.
