Associate Dentist

Overview

We are excited to welcome an Associate Dentist to our new practice, opening soon! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing dental team from the very beginning and help shape a modern, patient-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care with precision and care.
• Utilize dental CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to assist in restorative procedures and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software tracker and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions in clear, understandable terms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the dental office and uphold excellent patient service standards.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including updates in medical terminology relevant to dental practice.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, patient health histories, and comprehensive oral healthcare.
• Proficiency in providing a broad range of general dentistry services with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Experience working with modern dental equipment, digital imaging, and other clinical technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and build strong, trusting relationships.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
• Enthusiasm for joining a new practice and contributing to its growth and success from the ground up.

Pay: $101,992.57-$417,203.57 per year
