Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist – Join Our Holistic Dental Team

Lake View Dental & Wellness | Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Are you a passionate dentist who wants to do more than treat teeth?

At Lake View Dental & Wellness, we believe exceptional dentistry begins by understanding the whole person. We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist who is eager to expand their knowledge and develop skills in holistic, airway-focused and comprehensive patient care.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced principal dentist in a supportive, mentoring environment where learning never stops.

About Us

We are a modern, patient-centred practice that combines evidence-based dentistry with a holistic approach to oral and overall health. We take the time to understand the underlying causes of dental problems and work collaboratively with our patients to achieve long-term health outcomes.

Our practice offers:

• Comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Airway-focused dentistry
• Myofunctional therapy
• Extraction-minimising orthodontics
• Implant dentistry
• Digital workflows including intra-oral scanning and CAD/CAM technology
• A collaborative multidisciplinary approach to patient care

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is AHPRA registered as a dentist and work-ready.
• Has full working rights in Australia. Please note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is compassionate, caring and committed to providing exceptional patient experiences.
• Has a growth mindset and enjoys learning new concepts and techniques.
• Is interested in holistic, airway-focused and preventative dentistry. Experience in these areas is not essential—we are happy to mentor the right person.
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
• Wants to build long-term relationships with patients and contribute positively to our practice culture.

What We Offer

• Flexible days and working hours to suit the right candidate.
• Ongoing mentorship and clinical support from an experienced principal dentist.
• Hands-on learning in holistic and airway-focused dentistry.
• Exposure to advanced digital dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning.
• A friendly, positive and highly supportive team environment.
• Modern technology and well-equipped surgeries.
• Excellent earning potential with an established patient base.

Why Join Us?

We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious, values lifelong learning and wants to become part of a practice that focuses on improving overall health—not simply treating dental disease.

If you are excited by the idea of practising dentistry differently and would like to develop skills that extend beyond traditional dentistry, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today with your CV and a brief cover letter via seek telling us why holistic dentistry interests you and what you hope to achieve in your career .
