WE ARE HIRING: ASSOCIATE DENTIST

Position: Associate Dentist
Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱33,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed and patient-focused Associate Dentist to provide quality dental care and assist in maintaining excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental consultations, examinations, and treatments.
• Provide appropriate dental procedures based on patients’ needs.
• Develop and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Ensure proper infection control and clinic safety procedures.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient care and operations.
• Maintain professionalism and good communication with patients.
• Perform other dental-related duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist in the Philippines.
• Graduate of a recognized Doctor of Dental Medicine/Dentistry program.
• With or without experience; newly licensed dentists are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused, professional, and reliable.
• Willing to follow clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
• Able to work well with the dental and clinic team.
