Associate Dentist

About the Opportunity:

Our modern growing practice is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing, modern dental practice. This position can be part-time, depending on the right candidate and availability. We are ideally looking for a dentist who is available to work Saturdays as part of their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform a variety of restorative, preventive, and routine dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Foster positive patient relationships built on trust, communication, and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Current dental license in good standing
• Previous experience in a clinical dental setting preferred
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Passion for continuing education and professional growth
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
