Associate Dentist – Full-time or Part-time | Mixed NHS and Private Practice | £105k-£160k

Location: Boston Dental Care, 47 West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QN

Boston Dental Care is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Associate Dentist to join our established 5 surgery mixed NHS and private practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for either full-time or part-time work with an established NHS practice, with the opportunity to develop and grow a private patient base alongside a good value NHS contract

We are open to applicants at all stages of their career and can offer a supportive environment, with the opportunity to develop your clinical skills

What we offer

• 7,000 - 10,000 UDAs available at Excellent UDA value / attractive NHS contract
• Estimated annual earnings of £105,000–£160,000, depending on days worked and clinical activity

· 50/50 split on private and lab bills

· Full-time or part-time hours to suit your requirements

About You

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Has GDC registration
• Valid NHS Performer Number, or is eligible to obtain one
• Good clinical and communication skills
• Professional, reliable and patient-focused
• Is keen to develop both NHS and private dentistry
• Works well as part of a friendly and supportive team
