• Production-based compensation, not collections
• Paid according to the Alberta Fee Guide for all procedures
• No Alberta-sponsored dental programs with alternative fee schedules
• Uncapped earning potential

• Experienced RDAs and a strong admin team

• Full-time or part-time flexibility
