Associate Dentist – SmileCare Studio - Nuneaton

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team at Smile Care Studio.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who is happy to provide high-quality NHS dentistry but also wants to develop a strong private and cosmetic patient base.

The opportunity

We are particularly interested in dentists who currently provide, or would like to develop their skills in:

• Composite bonding
• Clear aligners
• Porcelain veneers
• Dental implants
• Cosmetic and restorative dentistry
• General private dentistry

You do not need to already be an established cosmetic dentist.

We would equally welcome someone who is at the beginning of their private/cosmetic journey but has the ambition to learn, develop their clinical skills and build a strong portfolio.

We invest heavily in marketing

One of the biggest challenges for associates wanting to grow their private dentistry is generating the right patients.

At Smile Care Studio, we invest heavily in digital marketing, social media, content creation and patient acquisition to actively generate new patient enquiries for the practice.

• Flexible working days to fit around your availability
• Part time opportunity, up to 3 days per week.
• 3000 UDAS
• £14 per UDA
• 50% split on Private and Lab Bils.
• Principal dentist on site
• Dentist will be working alongside a qualified Nurse and 3 x Hygienist.
• Fully computerised practice with Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo.
• Trios 3 shape scanner, Intra-oral cameras in surgery, CBCT
• Practice offers General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, Implants and Minor oral surgery, In- house endodontist.

Job Types: Part-time,

Pay: £100,000.00-£150,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nuneaton CV11 4BX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Clinical : 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• GDC & NHS performer number (preferred)
