What they need

Our Client is looking to add a new Associate Dentist. This posting is from their page and would be a direct employee of the client.

At Restoration Dental and Implant Center (RDIC), we strive to provide the highest level of dental treatment for our patients. We are looking to add an Associate Dentist who wants to be part of building a growing practice location, developing a strong patient base, growing alongside a talented team, and helping shape what the practice becomes.

Our location is entering a new stage of growth, creating an opportunity for the right Dentist to make a meaningful impact. As the practice grows, so does the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, strengthen the team, expand the services we provide, and help establish the practice as a trusted part of the community.

At Restoration Dental and Implant Center, we believe a successful dental practice isn't built overnight. It's built one patient, one relationship, one team member, and one great experience at a time.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to provide general dentistry in Washington, Iowa. The Associate Dentist will work closely with the office manager, hygienist, and dental assistant to ensure comprehensive dental care while helping support the practice through a new stage.

This is an opportunity for a Dentist who enjoys having an active role in the growth of a practice. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with new and existing patients, earn their trust, and become a Dentist they and their families want to continue seeing for years to come.

The ideal Associate Dentist will be experienced in a wide array of non-specialty dental procedures and enjoy working with a diverse patient base. We are seeking an Associate Dentist who is self-motivated and has a proven track record of working as the sole dentist at a practice location.

As the practice grows, we want our team to grow with it. The Associate Dentist will have an opportunity to contribute to team development, help strengthen clinical and operational expectations, and work alongside the office manager and other team members to build a practice everyone can be proud of.

If you enjoy seeing something grow because of the work you put into it, this could be an exciting opportunity.
