Associate Dentist

Job Summary

We are a growing, patient-focused dental office in Elk Grove looking for a caring and reliable Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who enjoys providing quality general dentistry in a supportive private-practice setting.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative treatment, crowns, fillings, extractions, treatment planning, and emergency care as appropriate.
• Educate patients clearly about diagnosis, treatment options, risks, benefits, and recommended care.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to support smooth patient flow.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for patients.
• Follow all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board requirements.

Requirements

• Active California DDS or DMD license in good standing.
• Current DEA license preferred.
• Malpractice insurance required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Comfortable with general restorative dentistry and treatment planning.
• Prior private-practice experience preferred, but motivated newer dentists may also be considered.

Pay: $700.00 - $3,000.00 per day
