Associate Dentist

Job type: Part-time, permanent (self-employed associate)

Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 10:00 to 19:00, with scope to increase hours

Pay: £12 to £13 per UDA depending on experience, plus 50% of private income

Surgery@102 Limited is a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Wembley, North West London. We are looking for an associate dentist who wants more than a chair and a UDA target, and who wants to grow with us long term.

We have been serving Wembley for around 60 years. We are an NHS practice at heart, with a growing private offering built on ethical, patient-led conversations. We have five modern, air-conditioned surgeries, hygienist and therapist cover through the week, and dedicated private treatment slots.

The role

• Mondays and Tuesdays, 10:00 to 19:00, with scope to increase hours for the right person
• Around 1,500 UDAs per annum for these two days, scaling with days worked
• £12 to £13 per UDA depending on experience
• 50% private split
• Lab fees shared 50/50
• Full induction provided before you work independently

Our surgery

• Dentally, Medit scanner, digital intraoral radiography
• Intraoral and SLR cameras, WaveOne rotary endodontics
• Dental therapist and hygienist support, paper-free

• GDC registered, with an NHS Performer Number without conditions
• Curious, caring and patient-focused, with a positive attitude to development and feedback
• Happy to work to practice protocols and policies
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Committed to CPD, audit and evidence-based dentistry
• Enhanced DBS, EPP clearance, indemnity and the right to work in the UK (subject to checks)

Getting here: Wembley Central (Bakerloo, Overground) and Alperton (Piccadilly) are both under 10 minutes on foot. Buses 83, 279 and 79 stop less than a minute away. There is no parking on site, but permits and a nearby car park are available.
