Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Carry out a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
• Utilize dental software to document patient records accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and medical terminology guidelines.

Skills

• Proven experience working in a dental office environment with strong clinical skills.
• Proficiency in dental software systems for scheduling, documentation, and billing.
• Experience providing pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and reassure patients of all ages.
• Strong teamwork ethic with a proactive approach to patient care and office responsibilities.

Pay: $102,000.00-$420,000.00 per year
