Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and patient-friendly General Dentist to manage outpatient (OP) consultations, perform routine adult dental procedures, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment.

Roles and Responsibilities1. OP Management & Patient Care

• Attend to OP patients and conduct thorough dental examinations.
• Manage and drive OP conversion through proper diagnosis, patient education, and treatment planning.
• Explain comprehensive treatment plans, available treatment options, and associated costs to patients.
• Address patient queries and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient case sheets and clinical records.

2. Clinical Procedures

• Perform routine adult dental procedures, including:
• Intraoral scanning and digital impressions.
• Scaling and polishing.
• Composite restorations and other routine fillings.
• Simple dental extractions.
• Other general dental procedures within the dentist’s competence.
• Identify cases requiring specialist intervention and coordinate appropriate referrals.

3. Clinical Documentation & Consent

• Capture pre-operative and post-operative clinical photographs wherever indicated.
• Obtain and document appropriate patient consent before procedures.
• Ensure case sheets, treatment notes, prescriptions, and procedure records are completed accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols.

4. Appointment & Consultant Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate appointments with visiting consultants and specialists.
• Explain referral requirements and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Ensure smooth communication between patients,

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
