Associate Dentist

Winterton Dental Practice is recruiting an experienced Associate Dentist to join our established multi-surgery practice. We are seeking a dentist with experience in a general dental practice who is confident managing an established patient list and the day-to-day clinical responsibilities of the role.

Working pattern: Full-time or part-time
Remuneration: 50% fee split
Start date: Flexible

Winterton Dental Practice has an established and loyal patient base, supported by patient membership plans and a clinical team with a strong focus on patient care.

The practice is managed by a supportive Practice Manager committed to maintaining high clinical standards and the long-term success of the practice. The successful applicant will be expected to work independently, manage their clinical responsibilities effectively and contribute to the continued provision of quality general dental care.

Our multi-surgery practice is equipped with modern dental technology, including:

• On-site CBCT scanner
• Intraoral scanner
• Digital X-ray equipment
• Ambidextrous dental chairs
• Dentally practice management software

Clinical Team

The Associate Dentist will be supported by a highly experienced principal dentist, qualified nursing team, treatment coordinator, dental therapist and hygienist.

The practice’s clinical team and patient membership plans support continuity of care and a structured approach to preventive dentistry.
