Associate Dentist

Urban Smiles Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Dentist to join our growing team. We are seeking a licensed dental professional who is committed to providing high-quality dental care and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Job Description

As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, conducting consultations and examinations, developing appropriate treatment plans, and performing dental procedures in accordance with professional standards and clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Professional License to Practice Dentistry in the Philippines.
• At least 1 year of professional working experience as a Dentist.
• Proficient in Filipino and English; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
• Postgraduate studies, training, or preceptorship in Orthodontics or Cosmetic Dentistry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-oriented, professional, and committed to providing quality dental care.
• Willing to work in any of our available locations: Pasay, Manila, Quezon City, or Libis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dental consultations, examinations, and assessments.
• Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform general dental procedures safely and effectively.
• Provide patients with proper oral health education and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Ensure compliance with dental and clinic standards, policies, and protocols.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate approach when dealing with patients.
• Coordinate with dental assistants and other clinic personnel to ensure smooth patient care.

Work Locations: Cubao and Makati branches

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
