We’re a two-surgery private practice in Archway. We’ve been shortlisted for Digital Practice of the Year at the Private Dentistry Awards 2026. Our team members have been shortlisted for Yound dentist of the year and Hygienist of the year. We do selective, quality dentistry built on long-term relationships with our patients rather than volume.

We’re looking for an associate who wants more than a list of patients handed to them. We want someone who wants to build something: a reputation, a loyal patient base, and a name people in North London ask for. We are immensely proud of our clinicians and support in getting them known in the industry via networking events and award nominations.

What we’re not offering

We won’t promise you a full diary from day one, because we don’t think that’s honest. What we will promise is that we’ll put real time, effort and support into helping you build one, and that the diary you build will be yours.

What we’ll do to support you

• Help you build your personal brand: professional photography and video, social media content featuring you and your work, and a profile on our website
• Put your work in front of the right people through our inbound marketing, local partnerships and community events
• Make sure our front of house team handles every enquiry well and gives patients a first-class experience before they reach your chair
• Give you an intra-oral scanner, with training, to help with diagnosis and patient communication
• Help you embrace AI to a level that will free up your non-clinical time like you never imagined.
• Coach you in treatment plan presentation, including using scans and video
• Provide clinical mentoring and regular peer review
• Give you the equipment and admin support you need to do your best work
• Offer supportive, transparent performance conversations, so you always know where you stand

What we’d love from you

• You join our morning huddles and help spot opportunities for patients each day
• You’re willing to show up in our content. You don’t need to be a natural on camera, just open to learning
• You take ownership of your patient journey, from first consultation through to an end of treatment review
• You learn to use the scanner and video to help patients understand their options
• You invest in your own communication skills
• You take part in peer review and enjoy learning from colleagues
• You’re comfortable with agreed targets on days worked and average daily production, and see them as a shared plan rather than pressure

Essentials

• GDC registered, with a performer number not required as we are fully private
• Minimum years’ experience 2+ years post-foundation
• An interest in cosmetic dentistry such as composite bonding, Invisalign or restorative work like Implants
