Associate Dentist

Looking for an amazing Dentist to join our team

At Pine Ridge Dental in The Dalles, Oregon, we are looking for an Associate Dentist who wants to practice Dentistry Elevated. We need a Dentist that is always giving, striving to grow, Is Open and Honest, and creates WOW Solutions.

We’ve built our practice to craft smiles and build relationships — for our guests and our team.

The Opportunity:

• Competitive Compensation — Step into a role with a daily rate of $700 guaranteed or 30% of adjusted production. Our busy, established practice means you won't be waiting around for patients. You start producing and earning immediately.
• Mentorship & Growth — Whether you want to master implants, learn cosmetics, or perfect your composite artistry, you will have the support, modern digital tools, and the team to help you grow.
• Remodeled Office- The new space is expected to be completed by March or April 2027. Great time to start fresh and hit the ground running.
• The Lifestyle — Leave the traffic behind. The Dalles offers a minimal commute and 300 days of sunshine. You are minutes away from world-class windsurfing, kiteboarding, hiking the 8-mile Riverfront Trail, or skiing on Mt. Hood. Work hard for 4-5 days a week and actually have the energy to enjoy the rest of your time.

Let's craft smiles and elevate relationships together.

Send us a message or email your CV to [email protected] to schedule.
