Associate Dentist – Complete Smiles, Eccleshall

Location:  Eccleshall, Staffordshire

Working hours:  Part-time, with working days agreed upon discussion

About the opportunity

Complete Smiles is seeking a motivated and caring Associate Dentist to join our Eccleshall practice. You will work alongside our clinical and administrative team to deliver high-quality dental care and a positive patient experience.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
• Develop personalised treatment plans and explain treatment options, benefits, risks and costs.
• Provide preventive, restorative and cosmetic treatments within your clinical competence.
• Take and interpret dental radiographs where appropriate.
• Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Support patients with oral hygiene advice and preventive care.
• Work collaboratively with dental nurses, reception staff and other clinicians.
• Follow practice procedures for infection prevention, safeguarding and patient safety.
• Maintain your professional development and clinical knowledge.

What we are looking for

• A recognised dental qualification and current GDC registration.
• Appropriate professional indemnity cover.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• A professional, reliable and organised approach.
• Commitment to ethical dentistry and continuous improvement.
• Experience with digital dentistry would be advantageous.
