If you've worked as an associate before, you know the drill: rushed schedules you didn't build, a corporate DSO squeezing every minute of your day, no mentorship, no say in how patients are treated, and a ceiling on what you can actually produce — no matter how hard you work. You show up, you grind, and somehow you're still not sure where you stand.

This isn't that.

Lund Family Dentistry is a well-established, high-producing private practice in White Bear Lake, MN, and we're looking for one associate dentist who is hungry — someone who wants to become a true super GP and learn how to consistently produce $150K–$200K a month. We'll show you how. You bring the drive.

Schedule: 4 days a week, Monday–Thursday.
