A message from me

I'm Mohsin Patel, principal dentist at Infinity Dental, and I'm looking for someone to build an implant career alongside me, and to stay and grow with us.

I've spent my career building this practice, from a small NHS clinic into a private group with sites in Leeds and Harrogate and our own laboratory. Implants are the part of dentistry I enjoy most, and I'd like to pass on what I've learned to the right person.

I'm not looking for someone to hand a list to and leave to it. I want to work next to you, chairside, week in and week out. You'll learn how I assess and plan cases, how I place and restore, how I handle complications, and how I talk to patients so they feel looked after. I want you to progress properly.

I'll also be honest about what matters most to me, and it comes down to two things.

Longevity. I'm investing a lot of my own time in this role, so I'm looking for someone who wants to build their future here, not someone passing through for a year or two to gain experience and move on. The best outcomes, for you, for our patients and for the practice, come from years of working together. If you're committed to growing with us for the long term, you'll get the very best of what I can offer.

Teamwork. Our nurses, coordinators, reception team and lab technicians are a big part of why our patients get great outcomes. If you're a team player who shares credit and supports colleagues, you'll do very well here. If you're not, this won't be the right fit, whatever your clinical ability.

The role

· Work alongside me, learning implant dentistry as your main focus, with personal mentorship from the start

· Keep up your general dentistry too, with a varied list that keeps your broader skills sharp

· Based mainly at our Leeds clinic, with the opportunity to also work at our Infinity Dental Suite in Harrogate

· Full-time position only

· A long-term role with room to grow as the group grows

You

· A GDC-registered dentist with some foundation training in implants (courses, mentoring or early placements) who wants to go further

· Committed to the long term, looking for a place to build your career and grow with us over years, not months

· A genuine team player, humble, open to feedback and happy to put patients and colleagues first

· Dedicated to developing a lasting implant career

· A warm, clear communicator with patients

What you'll get

· Earning potential of £150,000 - £250,000+ per annum, growing as your implant caseload develops
