Associate Dentist – Cypress, Texas

Associate Dentist – Full-Time, Two Houston-Area Locations

We are hiring an experienced Associate Dentist to join two established, privately owned dental practices in the Houston area. This is a four- to five-day clinical position divided between both locations.

The position offers an existing patient base, consistent scheduling, collection-based compensation, and an opportunity to build a long-term role within a non-DSO practice. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays.

Position Overview

• Four to five clinical days per week
• Schedule shared between two practice locations
• Saturday availability required
• Established patient flow
• PPO and Medicaid/Medicare patient mix
• Digital clinical systems and workflow
• Experienced clinical and administrative support
• Organized, efficient scheduling

We are looking for a clinician who can independently manage a productive schedule, perform comprehensive examinations, present appropriate treatment, and follow cases through completion.

Associate Compensation

Compensation is calculated monthly from the associate’s collected revenue. The following marginal percentages are calculated separately at each practice location:

• 30% of collections up to $50,000
• 31% of collections between $50,001 and $75,000
• 32% of collections above $75,000

There is no production cap, and monthly collection reports are provided.

Initial Daily Guarantee

During the first 90 days, the associate will receive the greater of:

• $750 for each clinical day worked; or
• Earned collection-based compensation

Illustrative Monthly Earnings

Approximate compensation at the following collection levels:

• $70,000 collected: approximately $21,000
• $85,000 collected: approximately $25,000–$26,000
• $100,000 collected: approximately $30,000–$31,000

Actual compensation will depend on collections at each location, individual productivity, treatment completion, and patient case acceptance.

Monthly Performance Bonus

An additional flat bonus is available based on the associate’s combined monthly collections from both locations:

• Up to $100,000: no additional bonus
• $100,001–$120,000: $400
• $120,001–$140,000: $500
• More than $140,000: $750

Health Benefit

Qualified full-time candidates may receive a monthly Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement contribution to help reimburse eligible personal health-insurance expenses.

Preferred Clinical Background

The right candidate should:

• Be comfortable with comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
• Manage a full clinical schedule efficiently
• Communicate treatment recommendations clearly
• Take responsibility for case presentation and follow-through
• Understand and monitor personal production and collection metrics
• Be proficient in restorative dentistry and routine extractions
• Have experience with molar endodontics and surgical procedures, preferably

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active and unrestricted Texas dental license
• Willingness to work Saturdays—this is required
• At least two years of clinical experience preferred
• Recent production or collection history available upon request, if applicable
