Associate Dentist, Flexible Days, Immediate Start

Blanche Smiles Dental Studio isn't your average clinic. We opened six months ago, directly across from Moonee Ponds train station, and we're already booking healthy patient numbers in a space that feels more like a beautiful café than a dental surgery. Don't take our word for it. Find us as Blanche Smiles on Instagram and TikTok.

We're now looking for a talented General Dentist with a love for minor cosmetic dentistry to join us as our sole treating dentist.

The role

Step into an established, growing book of patients as the only dentist in the practice. That means real clinical autonomy, your own patient relationships, and the freedom to shape your days. You'll deliver quality general dentistry alongside the minor cosmetic work you enjoy (whitening, bonding, smile refreshes), backed by a warm, capable support team.

Who we're looking for

• A registered General Dentist (AHPRA), confident across general dentistry
• A genuine interest in minor cosmetic procedures and natural looking results
• Personable, positive and patient-focused
• Comfortable working autonomously, supported by our all female team
• Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously and wants to have fun at work

Your team

You'll be supported by our owner Michelle (Oral Health Therapist), a second OHT, and a dental assistant. A small, tight-knit crew who love what they do.

What's on offer

• Flexible hours, minimum 2 days per week
• Negotiable commission
• An established, growing patient base from day one
• Full clinical autonomy as our sole dentist
• A prime location directly opposite Moonee Ponds station
• A beautiful, one-of-a-kind studio and a team that makes work fun
• Immediate start available
