Build a Great Career Without Giving Up Your Life Outside of Dentistry
Parker Dental Center is looking for an Associate Dentist who wants something a little different:
a productive practice, clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a schedule that leaves room for life outside the office.
We're an established practice serving a community with a genuine need for quality dental care, and we're offering a
$75,000 sign-on bonus
to the right dentist ready to build something with us.
And you don't necessarily have to live in Parker. Many of our team members live in
Lake Havasu City
, approximately 40 minutes away, combining a rewarding clinical opportunity with everything the Lake Havasu lifestyle has to offer.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out

$75,000 sign-on bonus

$150,000-$200,000+ earning potential

Focused 3-day clinical schedule

Opportunity to expand to 4 days as your patient base grows

Exceptional 98%-100% collections efficiency

Established practice with strong community need

Clinical autonomy with experienced doctor support

Mentorship from an experienced owner doctor

Operational and administrative support

Opportunity to expand your clinical skills

Potential pathway to future equity/ownership

Option to live in the Lake Havasu area and commute to the practice

More Career. Fewer Days in the Office.
You don't need to spend five days a week in the office to build a successful dental career.
This opportunity currently offers a
three-day clinical schedule
, allowing you to focus your patient care into a productive workweek while protecting valuable time outside the office.
As you establish relationships and grow your patient base, there is an opportunity to expand into a
fourth clinical day
and increase your earning potential.
Practice Somewhere You're Truly Needed
At Parker Dental Center, you aren't competing for a place on the schedule.
You're joining a community where patients need access to great dentistry and where the right provider has the opportunity to become an important part of their care.
We're looking for a dentist who enjoys
comprehensive general dentistry, clinical independence, and building relationships with patients over time.
You'll have the freedom to make confident clinical decisions while still having the support of an experienced owner doctor and established team behind you.
A Practice Built Around People
Dr. Daniel Smith understands personally how much dentistry can change someone's confidence. After spending years uncomfortable with his own smile, he developed a strong belief that patients should leave the dental office feeling
heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
That philosophy shapes the way we practice.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to move patients through a schedule. We want a dentist who communicates well, cares about the person behind the treatment plan, and takes pride in becoming the dentist patients trust.
Who We're Looking For
We're Looking For a Dentist Who Is

Comfortable practicing independently

Confident with comprehensive general dentistry

Compassionate and patient-focused

A strong communicator

Motivated to build patient relationships and production

Comfortable taking ownership of a clinical schedule

Interested in continued clinical and professional growth

Looking for a practice where they can build something long term

If future ownership is part of your career vision, we'd especially like to talk. There is potential for the right provider to grow beyond the associate role and explore
future equity opportunities
within the practice.
Live Near the Water. Work Where You're Needed.
Parker sits along the Colorado River, while nearby
Lake Havasu City
provides another option for where to call home.
Outside The Office, The Area Offers

Boating and water sports

Hiking

Off-roading

Fishing

Year-round outdoor recreation

Abundant sunshine

Easy access to the Colorado River and Lake Havasu

And with a concentrated clinical schedule, you'll actually have time to enjoy it.
Build Something Here
Parker Dental Center offers something increasingly hard to find:
the autonomy to practice confidently, patients who genuinely need you, an experienced doctor who wants to help you grow, and the potential to build toward equity in an established practice.
If you're looking for a place where you can make an impact, build meaningful patient relationships, and still have time to enjoy life outside of dentistry, we'd love to meet you.
