We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Dentist specializing in root canal therapy to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in endodontic procedures, patient care, and comprehensive dental diagnosis. Duties

• Perform root canal therapy with precision, utilizing aseptic technique and advanced dental equipment to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history review, clinical examination, and appropriate diagnostic imaging such as medical imaging and dental radiographs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive dental diagnosis, considering patient needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide holistic patient care, including general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, post-treatment care, and address any questions or concerns professionally.
• Uphold infection control standards and ensure a sterile environment through proper aseptic techniques and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Assist in dental fabrication processes when necessary and support the integration of dental implants or other advanced restorative procedures.
• Stay current with developments in endodontics, dental terminology, and healthcare diagnosis to continually enhance clinical expertise.

Experience

• Proven experience in general dentistry with specialized training or significant exposure to root canal therapy (endodontics).
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for efficient medical documentation and record keeping.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, infection control practices, and medical terminology relevant to oral health care.
• Prior experience working within a dental clinic environment that emphasizes client communication, patient care, and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles is preferred but not mandatory; however, experience providing treatment for pediatric patients is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare policies governing medical records management.
• Ability to perform complex procedures such as root canals, dental implants, oral surgery, and other endodontic treatments with precision and professionalism.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $5,000.00 per day
