  • Oversee internally managed projects, ensuring scope, program, quality, and budget requirements are achieved.
  • Review consultant and contractor documentation, contracts, submissions, and project deliverables, escalating key matters as required.
  • Draft project briefs, proposals, feasibility inputs, budget estimates, and approval documentation.
  • Support procurement and tender processes for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate project records, registers, meeting notes, approvals, and reporting documentation.
  • Providing clear concise recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management, property development, construction, design, building, or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering State Significant Development Applications and associated authority approvals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, track budgets, and prepare clear project reports.
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Property Development, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of allocated projects, and escalate issues appropriately to the Development Manager.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident preparing reports, registers, schedules, and presentations.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across RFBI’s network of villages as required.
  • Willing to obtain Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
  • Experience in building construction and understanding of Australian Standards is highly desirable.
