Associate Dir People Technology - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Dir People Technology - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and guide a portfolio of AI-enabled people technology opportunities that support broader business priorities. The position will convert ambiguous demand into well-defined opportunities, build business cases, and prepare executive-ready recommendations for governance and stakeholder review. You will partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to advance validated opportunities into scalable solutions with measurable impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine a portfolio of AI opportunities aligned with business strategy
• Translate unstructured AI demand into defined opportunities
• Lead opportunity framing, including stakeholder alignment
• Develop comprehensive business cases, including value hypotheses
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations for governance forums
• Create executive materials to support stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate transition of validated opportunities into scalable solutions
• Establish initial success metrics and measurement approaches
• Build relationships with stakeholders and technology teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy or portfolio management, with AI exposure
• Experience developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems for clarity
• Skilled in prioritizing competing initiatives effectively
• Proven cross-functional leadership in complex environments
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills
