Associate Director, Client Engagement

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Client Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote leadership role will oversee a team of engagement managers and help drive consistent, effective project delivery across client-facing work. The position blends people leadership, operational oversight, and process improvement, with a focus on strengthening execution, communication, and coaching practices. You will partner closely with senior leadership to support key initiatives, refine operating guidelines, and improve resource and revenue management for delivery teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-5 engagement managers, focusing on performance management and professional development
• Utilize AI tools to enhance coaching conversations and project insights
• Coach the team on effective use of AI tools for project execution and communication
• Support senior leadership in overseeing operational processes and initiatives
• Define and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization
• Monitor revenue targets and resource compliance to maximize profits
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity management for delivery teams

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project management or operations experience required
• 4 years of people management or mentoring experience required
• 5 years of experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech preferred
• Experience with AI tools and large language models for project management required
• 4-year college degree required
• MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required
