Associate Director, Client Services

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Client Services to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee key client relationships and serve as a trusted partner across accounts in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve program performance, guide launch readiness, and ensure clients receive proactive, strategic support. The position is well suited for someone who combines relationship management, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution to drive growth and long-term client success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the working relationship across assigned accounts and lead client meetings
• Partner with Strategy and Decision Science teams to enhance program performance
• Define and launch seasonal and milestone promotions
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps
• Lead product discussions and ensure client readiness for launches

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles
• Strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
