Associate Director

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $270,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements with a focus on strategy development and project planning
• Serve as primary contact for senior clients, fostering trusted relationships
• Help senior leadership tackle critical business issues to enhance value
• Manage workloads across teams to ensure high-quality client service
• Collaborate with internal divisions to develop integrated solutions for clients
• Direct multiple workstreams for alignment among teams, clients, and vendors
• Mentor and guide colleagues to support their development and success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of relevant experience within a consulting environment
• Strong project management skills, structuring projects and managing multiple clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Experience contributing to business development efforts
