We are seeking a commercially focusedClient Lead to drive NCS Australia's growth across Canberra and the Federal Government sector. Working within our Markets team, you'll identify new opportunities, build executive-level client relationships, and lead strategic growth initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and our business.

In this role, you will

• Develop and execute growth strategies across key Federal Government accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders.
• Identify, shape and close complex business opportunities.
• Create compelling value propositions and innovative client solutions.
• Partner with consulting, technology and delivery teams to achieve measurable client outcomes.

You will bring:

• Proven success in business development, sales, account management or client leadership within a technology consulting or systems integration environment.
• Strong Federal Government networks and relationship-building capability.
• Experience leading complex bids, RFPs and strategic pursuits.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and commercial skills.
• A consultative, value-led approach to driving growth and client success.
