Associate Director

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Job Requirements :

• 10-23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving successful recruitment campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Tamil language is an added advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal clients.
