Title- Associate Director, Commercial AI/ML Data Science-Pharma

Location- So. New Jersey/Greater Philly (hybrid 2-3x week in office-)

Salary $170-185k + bonus (some wiggle room for a Superstar!)

My client, a BioPharma Manufacturer, is seeking an “Associate Director, Commercial AI/ML/ Data Science ” to join their Commercial Data & Analytics team. You will lead the development of innovative AI /ML solutions that shapes their commercial strategy and improve patient outcomes. You will be part of the cutting-edge of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and Generative AI initiatives that drive commercial decision-making
• Build and deploy advanced models using deep learning, probabilistic forecasting, causal inference, reinforcement learning, and agentic AI techniques
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics leaders to translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solution
• Communicate analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• MA degree / PHD desired plus 8-10yrs advanced analytic experience
• 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency programming skills in Python, R, Scala, or Jav
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, cloud technologies, Git, and CI/CD environment
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, communicate complex insights, and build strong cross-functional partnership
