Role Summary
The Associate Director, Communications Insights &amp; Analytics turns measurement frameworks, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics into the insights, foresight, and evidence-based recommendations the function relies on to make sharper decisions. It's a rare opportunity to put data to work for a purpose-driven company focused on making life better — helping Lilly understand what's resonating with the people it serves.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Communications Intelligence, the Associate Director runs the measurement program day to day — conducting the analyses, building the dashboards, and producing the executive-ready insights across messaging, channels, audience engagement, and reputation.
Operating at the intersection of creativity and analytics, this is a hands-on role for an analyst and builder who pairs deep analytical rigor with a storyteller's instinct for what the data means and why it matters — running the measurement program, surfacing insights, and using AI tools for automated reporting and analysis.

<li>Produce executive-ready insights, reports, and narratives that inform strategy and drive understanding of key audiences—who we need to reach, where they are, what they trust, and how to engage them.</li>
<li>Partner with the Marketing social media team on shared listening and analytics, and collaborate with enterprise analytics partners such as Business Insights &amp; Analytics and Market Research teams.</li>
<li>Strengthen data literacy across the function, ensuring insights drive decisions across all communications functions.</li>
