Associate Director - Global Communications Intelligence

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director - Global Communications Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape how global communications measurement, reporting, and insights are operationalized across the organization. The individual in this position will translate complex data into executive-ready intelligence that helps guide communications strategy, optimize creative performance, and surface emerging issues and trends. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with marketing and analytics teams while strengthening data literacy across communications functions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $127,500 – $187,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Operationalize measurement strategies and reporting standards across global communications
• Build and improve dashboards that deliver actionable intelligence
• Conduct analysis across channels and audiences to optimize creative output
• Support predictive analytics to identify emerging issues and trends
• Produce executive-ready insights and reports to inform strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to share insights
• Enhance data literacy across communications functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics
• 7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or business intelligence with a focus on data analytics
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for data analysis and trend forecasting
