Associate Director - Infrastructure and Architecture

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director - Infrastructure and Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide infrastructure and architecture efforts that support enterprise technology integration and broader organizational modernization. You will partner closely with technical teams, contractors, and business stakeholders to ensure new solutions are compatible, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards. The position also plays a key role in technical planning, system design, and resolving complex infrastructure challenges across a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,300 – $195,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team supporting integration of subsidiaries into enterprise technologies
• Design and develop IT infrastructure architecture solutions
• Perform technical planning and architecture development
• Assess compatibility and integration of proposed products and services
• Modify specifications for new IT infrastructure
• Resolve complex technical and operational challenges
• Coordinate with multiple teams of contractors and associates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years in infrastructure and public cloud roles
• 2+ years of project leadership experience
• 2+ years in management positions
• Proven experience integrating new technologies
• Experience in enterprise-wide technology implementations
• Passion for improving consumer experiences
