WEConnect International

About WEConnect International
WEConnect International is a global nonprofit that helps women-owned businesses succeed in local and global markets by connecting them with major corporations and institutions committed to inclusive sourcing.
Our members include multinational corporations, multilateral institutions, and government agencies—such as global companies, development banks, and public sector organizations—that collectively represent more than $4 trillion in annual purchasing power. Through their engagement with WEConnect International, these organizations expand opportunities for women entrepreneurs while strengthening global supply chains.
About The Role
The Associate Director, Membership Growth and Development, is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate members and institutional partners. The Associate Director will also identify opportunities to deepen account engagement, surface sponsorship or partnership opportunities, and support new member cultivation when appropriate.
The ideal candidate will bring strong account management, client service, and relationship-building skills, along with an understanding of how large organizations operate, particularly in procurement, supply chains, inclusive sourcing, and ESG initiatives. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, engaging corporate stakeholders, using CRM systems to track activity, and translating member priorities into meaningful WEConnect engagement.
