Consumer and Business Services (CBS) is seeking experienced senior leaders to take on these Associate Director roles.

These four newly created senior leadership positions offer broad strategic influence with the opportunity to strengthen and shape service delivery, capability and regulatory outcomes that impact the lives of South Australians.

Working closely with the Commissioner and CBS Executive, these positions offer substantial influence and visibility, with the opportunity to set strategic direction, lead specialist functions and lead on complex matters with significant operational, regulatory and community impact.

Associate Director, Finance and Bonds:

Strengthen financial sustainability and residential bonds services. Lead financial stewardship, assurance, organisational performance and residential bonds services, with a strong focus on sustainable decision-making, service improvement and capability.

Associate Director, Governance and Human Resources:

Strengthen governance, workforce capability, organisational resilience and performance. Lead governance, risk, human resources and organisational development, strengthening accountability, capability and the organisation’s ability to respond to change.

Strengthen South Australia’s response to complex regulatory non-compliance. Lead specialist investigations and enforcement functions, exercising significant statutory authority and shaping responses to complex and high-impact regulatory matters.
