Job Summary

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software/application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and/or Go/Golang.
• Experience developing scalable, highly available, distributed enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience across development, QA automation, CI/CD, cloud deployment, observability and production support.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-assisted software development and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications, platforms, APIs and microservices using Python/Go.
• Build scalable and reliable distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Develop API, integration, regression and end-to-end test automation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, security and deployment.
• Deploy and support applications across AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, observability and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, infrastructure and production issues.
• Drive automation and productivity improvements using AI/GenAI tools and LLM-based solutions.
• Participate in architecture, design, code reviews and technical solution development.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability and maintainability of enterprise systems.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership across Development, QA, Cloud, DevOps and AI engineering teams.
• Lead architecture and system-design discussions for complex enterprise platforms.
• Review code, technical designs, APIs, automation frameworks and CI/CD solutions.
• Drive technical initiatives from design through production deployment.
• Mentor engineers and establish coding, testing and engineering best practices.
• Lead RCA and resolution of critical production issues.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, cloud adoption and AI-assisted engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud and Operations teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
