A fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare market research professional to step into a senior leadership role with a global organisation. This position combines people management, client relationship ownership and hands-on project delivery, offering the chance to lead a high-performing team while driving operational excellence.

They are a global healthcare-focused organisation supporting pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare clients through specialist research and insight services.

The Role

• Lead and develop a team of Project Management professionals
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
• Act as a senior escalation point for client and project challenges
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor team performance, resource allocation and project profitability
• Drive operational improvements and support wider business objectives
• Coach and develop team members to support long-term growth

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience within market research, ideally healthcare market research
• Proven background in project management and client delivery
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Commercial understanding of project performance and profitability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What They Offer

• Salary of £65,000-£70,000
• Bonus paid quarterly
