Associate Director, Software Engineering

We are looking for a Lead Full-stack Developer with expertise in both backend and frontend development to play a crucial role in the planning, preparation, and development of software for a key platform. This position requires an experienced engineer who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end SDLC: architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable and performant APIs and front-end applications.
• Produce detailed technical designs and participate in design/code walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver quality features.
• Ensure code quality through test-driven development and code reviews.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production and pre-production environments.
• Define blueprints for APIs, agents, and pipelines to enable dynamic, context-aware AI decision-making.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.

What Were Looking For

• Expert-level in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: React.js or Angular.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development.
• Hands-on experience on any version control tools like GIT.
• Good experience with relational database technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Good knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
