Associate Director - Statutory Audit

Associate Director – Statutory Audit with 10–15 years of experience, preferably with exposure to NBFC / BFSI statutory audits, responsible for leading and managing statutory audit engagements for large and mid-sized clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for large and mid-sized clients.
• Oversee audit planning, execution, review, and timely completion of assignments.
• Handle audits of NBFCs and other financial services entities, where applicable.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, RBI, Ind AS, and auditing standards.
• Manage senior client relationships and act as the key point of contact for management.
• Guide and mentor audit teams, including Managers and Senior Managers.
• Review audit findings, identify key risks, and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Support business development, proposals, and client acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with Partners and internal teams on complex audit matters.

• Experience: 12–18 years
• Preferred: Experience in NBFC / BFSI statutory audits will be an added advantage.
