Associate Director, Technology Solutions Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Technology Solutions Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide the development and implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives across a complex healthcare environment. The Associate Director will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, shape system design, and ensure smooth operational readiness. This position will also help drive problem resolution, production support transitions, and coordinated execution across multiple project teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,300 – $195,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives
• Document and gather business requirements and functional needs
• Influence system design for optimized support
• Coordinate implementation and operational readiness processes
• Lead problem identification and resolution across departments
• Oversee transition to production support teams
• Manage multiple project teams effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in web applications
• 4+ years of technical management experience
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI technologies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement and system evaluation
• Passion for enhancing consumer experiences
• Proven track record of managing large, complex programs
