Associate Director, Valuations

I'm partnering with a highly regarded, independent corporate advisory firm in Sydney that specialises in valuations and independent expert work. They're looking for an Associate Director to join a small, senior team, working directly with partners on high-profile matters.

What you'll do:

• Lead valuation engagements for M&A, independent expert reports, tax, financial reporting and disputes

• Build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses

• Manage client relationships, and guide and develop Managers and Analysts

• Help shape reports relied on by boards, investors and courts

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years in valuations or corporate finance (Big 4, boutique advisory or investment banking)

• CA, CFA or a relevant postgraduate qualification

• Strong technical modelling and a clear, confident writing style

• The ability to run engagements and lead a team
