Associate Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Engineer to contribute to our dynamic engineering team. As an Associate Engineer, you will support the product development projects, including engineering proposals, prototype development, system documentation, testing, certification and conducting feasibility studies for the implementation of advanced production techniques.

What you'll be doing

• Support in product development projects, including engineering proposals, prototype development, system documentation, testing, certification and conducting feasibility studies for the implementation of advanced production techniques
• Assist in project management, provide professional technical support for product applications, and resolve technical challenges for customers
• Develop and enhance process control systems to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency
• Plan and execute scientific experiments to support product development and troubleshooting
• Partner with internal teams to resolve technical issues, manage customer feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Actively contribute new RFQs (Request for Quotations) and provide technical insights during commercial discussions
• Conduct assessments of supplier qualifications and process capabilities to ensure alignment with quality standards

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or Professional Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Thermal Insulation Industry
• Good practical, analytical and laboratory skills, hands-on experimentations, iterations and solving technical problems
• Team player, enthusiastic and result driven
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with data analysis software
