Associate Engineer (Front End)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Engineer (Front End) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on building and refining user-facing web experiences that support reliable product delivery and strong customer outcomes. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional partners to ship clean, maintainable front-end solutions in a collaborative technology environment. The position emphasizes quality, testing, and thoughtful UI execution while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $109,100 – $136,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Write clean, reliable code to develop features that support product outcomes
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical challenges
• Design and implement tests to ensure software quality
• Debug code using logs and dashboards to maintain system integrity
• Share knowledge proactively and contribute to a supportive team environment
• Engage in pair programming and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in web application development using modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in React and understanding of REST API integration
• Familiarity with Git for version control and pull request reviews
• Strong attention to UI/UX details and quality standards
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance workflows
• Bonus: experience with TypeScript, testing frameworks, and web accessibility principles
