Responsibilities

• Perform final test of finished Semiconductor Equipment
• Perform machine performance validation on semiconductor packaging equipment through machine calibration, setup and testing
• Provide support to identify and resolve assembly process related problems to achieve defined first pass yield and manufacturing cycle-time.
• Support Process Engineer to develop and qualify manufacturing inspection protocols to ascertain machine performance and integrity.
• Support Process Engineer in development and enhancement of process recipes, process tooling or manufacturing processes; updating and enhancing of work procedures.
• Ensure and validate all necessary fixtures, jigs, drawings, and work instruction
• Ensure timely input of manufacturing test data and report output on machine quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Nitec in Engineering (Materials Science, Electrical, Mechanical or related).
• 2-5 years of related test or process experience in semiconductor machine
• Experience in handling final quality / functional test of equipment, machine calibration, parameter setting
• Possess process experience involving wafer runs to validate equipment functionality
• Experience in conducting DOE design-of-experiment.
• Hands-on experience in process development of advanced packaging processes (die attach, TCB, FOWL or FC) will be advantageous
• Possess strong interest in statistical analysis skillset. Proficient in JMP or Minitab would be a plus
