What they need
Responsibilities and Tasks
Appraise, troubleshoot, repair mechanical products.
Responsible for end-to-end servicing from installation, commissioning to after sales services
Responsible for performing Installation and commissioning activities.
Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customers requirements. Examples being basic fault finding, rectification and planned maintenance activities.
Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering.
- Demonstrates good hands-on approach to work.
- A high level of motivation, disciplined and goal-oriented.
- Experience working in Semiconductor
