Associate Engineer(Test Product/Process/Equipment(Tester & Handler)

Equipment Associate Engineer:

• Setup & Conversion Support: Assist in production equipment line setup and handler/prober conversion activities.
• Troubleshooting Support: Provide handler/prober troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Operational Support: Monitor equipment performance, escalate issues, and guide operators.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reliability, reduce conversion time, and document best practices.

Test Product Associate Engineer:

• Oversees daily support activity and timely verification of low yield and QA fail lots, including cycle time monitoring and follow up for all production lots on hold.
• Sends out low yield and QA fail report to customer for review and disposition.
• Executes disposition of low yield and QA fail lots based on customer feedback.
• Assists line support group in the troubleshooting of set-up related downtimes, including site restoration.
• Assists in engineering and reliability testing.
• Assists Product Engineer(PE) in the qualification of new testers and test hardwares.
• Assists PE in new test program verification.
• Assists PE in the troubleshooting and repair of production hardwares.
• Works with PE in the in-depth engineering analysis and evaluation of low yield and QA fail lots.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor test equipment (wafer sort, tester platforms, handlers, probers).
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and conversion processes in a production environment.
