Associate Enterprise Technical Specialist

As a Associate Enterprise Associate Specialist, you will support Basware employees globally and manage operational tasks related to Business and Enterprise Solutions, both individually and as part of a team. You will take ownership of your assigned responsibilities, ensuring the seamless operation of Basware IT support and services.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Solution Managers within the Enterprise Technology team as part of virtual teams.

Skills and Candidate Qualification: We are looking for a customer-focused IT professional with knowledge or experience in:

• Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, endpoint devices, and basic networking concepts.
• IT Service Desk/ITSM processes, including incident, request, escalation, and access management.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user technical issues.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, prioritization, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural, process-driven, and shift-based support environment.

Optional / Good-To-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Azure, macOS/Linux, PowerShell, and endpoint management technologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, automation, or ITIL/service management practices.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve IT support services
